I don't know why some people think Comedy Central is trying to trick them. It clearly says in the video description "Original airdate: May 21, 2016". They aren't trying to pass this off as new. They're simply putting it online so people who can watch (or re-watch, if you've already seen it) whenever they want. And some people seem to treat that like it's an insult. It's a really weird thing to get upset about.

My first time watching Dan Soder and I'm glad I watched it. A little different than the comedy I like. But I must admit it was great to listen to while working on a vehicle. Instead of randomly cussing while doing mechanic work. I was just busting out laughing periodically which is a great change. So now when I have to do mechanic work I'll just listen to some comedy.
