I apply the powder n oil to my mid part to end of hair. Rinse it like 3 days later. And do it again for like 2 weeks for emergency repair. My hair loves it and becomes strong. I learned to put saran wrap or cling wrap to the individual braids to prevent itching. That helps and my hair ❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉 yes honey😊

New subbie going to try this and share this to help grow your channel everyone that wants healthy hair needs to know about this. Update: I followed the Chad Women and I didn't wash my hair for six months let me tell you growth on top of growth when I finally washed my hair twice, conditione it, deep conditioner and Hot Oil treatment yes I did all that as I didn't wash my hair for six months you talking about length, fullness and thicker hair? It's summer now andI would only follow the Chad Women for the winter months but as it is Summer now I would refresh once a week and wash my hair every two weeks.

Can i use normal olive oil instead of extra virgin olive oil ?

Yup! Regular olive oil is typically used for cooking, while extra virgin is typically used for topping food I would suggest using grape seed oil since it has a higher smoke point and does not burn as easily as olive oil (though infusing herbs in oil should be done on low heat for best extraction of nutrients) Have a great day! ❤

It will stop hair breakage. But your face may ITCH. I personally wouldn't recommend it. Mix some castor oil with jojoba oil and a little sweet almond oil. You'll love your growth in your beard and silky smoothness❤❤❤❤❤ i make those

I use the residue powder. I use it in my hair after a wash. Leave in for 1 hour and rinse. Hair feels so smooth and strong😊
