Amazing home . It would be great if these kind of vids had maps or links to maps where one could figure out drive time to nearest international airport. Some of the places I have seen are so far from a real airport that ...with those roads and traffic...forget about it. Major Hospitals are also a concern. Medicare only works in US (usually ) so need to be close to major airport .

For the record, we represent an area that is about 3 hours drive from the San Jose international airport along a beautiful coastal highway and most properties are within a 10 minute drive of the highway, sometimes on dirt roads and usually on paved roads. More and more internal roads are being paved every year, which also means that property values are increasing. There is a local hospital here but also many health clinics along the coast and really good hospitals within an hour's drive at the most. These may not seem like it but they are nuanced answers to your questions and we recommend talking to a realtor to learn more detailed answers.
