you need to get a tree saddle set up with a couple climbing sticks a good mobile set up. you can alway change your tree/set up to how the deer are moving through the year!

Great video jay, puttin in the work man. I too run a dozen or so cameras. It tells you where not to waste you I valuable time real quick. I’ve had 2 stolen in the last year, 200 bucks big deal but the fact that there’s that shitty of a human walking among us is the piss off. Learnt a trick from the howtohunt app from your buddy Steve. Your cameras are too low, being gone to so long elk will mess with them if they can reach and so can bears. Take a stump or something to make a ladder and reach up as high as you can possibly get in the tree , use a stick to shim you’re camera down, I no longer get disappointed of 5 months of sky pictures lol. Good luck on the whitetail. I’m just across the boarder for now in the AB side for work but plan on moving to FSJ back to BC. There’s a really cool hike in spot for November elk and whitetail in the Rockies here that would make a great video for you I think. Hike in only. Il share the spot with you and if you’re ever interested I can hunter host you before I leave Alberta. Cheers brother.

When I was running cams, I would carry a single climbing stick with me & use it to hang the cameras up and out of reach.

I love seeing the Vlog style videos! Keep up the great work! I did see someone else mention you should get a mobile Sling and stick set up. I think seeing that process of you picking the set up and getting proficient with it would be amazing!

Those Gardepro game cameras are amazing! I got one a couple years ago and its been my favorite of all time, great range, battery life, detection and quality day and night and the price is great! Cheers

@@MindfulHunter the iZeeker ones arent bad for 50 bucks, not great quality but they get everything walking in front of it. All my expensive Moultries died and my Spypoint was garbage out of the box

That was an awesome video man keep it up. One thing to think of with the elk pictures is. if your not seeing the cows on that camera i would keep looking until you find the cows. It's awesome to see the bulls with that being said they will more then likely not be there in September because there out looking for the hot cows
