I have a bad feeling about this murder case. It is purely speculation, but there are red flags for me so far: •If Lisbeth missed a whole day of school, did the school believe she was not going to be there that day? • Mom was quick to rule out the break-in and murder are connected; how could she come to that conclusion? • The amazingly fast arrest and confession. • I am well aware people process grief differently, but mom seemed pretty together in the two interview clips. • Suspect committed a break-in in another town, pleads no-contest, yet he admits to murder? • Ana’s and Dr. Jackson’s opinion that the guy in the video doesn’t look like the suspect. Again, speculation, but I have a theory at this moment; I hope I am way off-base. RIP, Lisbeth😞
@crosbym.8925 Жыл бұрын
Im very much in the same mindset with this case. And like you said, yes, people process grief in a variety of ways. I mean Im not a parent, and I certainly can't imagine what it'd be like to have my child murdered. But I've watched and listened to more than my fair share of true crime content over the years, and I've seen a lot of news and police interviews with parents who were involved with their child's death (before their involvement being suspected or confirmed). And man, idk. She really reminded me of those. Its also very possible that she may be on some sort of sedative to help cope with the situation. But yeah, her demeanor stuck out to me as well.

There is something off about the Lizbeths case. I am not all sold on the current suspect. There's too many loose ends and unanswered questions. I watched Nancy Grace's coverage on the same case, and according Nancy's episode, the mother came back to the apartment to change and then headed to the parade. But when the mother came rushing back to the apartment, she noticed that the door was unlocked. So I assumed she did lock it previously but that wasn't clear. The fact the school didnt report the absence is strange, unless they didnt feel the need to, BUT why??? And why is the mom sure the first break in isn't related? What forensics back up the chief of police belief??? I really don't know what exactly isn't sitting right. I just doubt a lot about this case.

@lisaayala768 Lizbeth was found in PJs. So, she may have been killed after the mother left in the morning, meaning her daughter was deceased in the tub when she came back home to change. I assumed she locked the door when she left to the parade. Again, not until she came back rushing to the apartment, did she notice the door was unlocked. I may be overthinking this, but the timeline is very suspicious and needs clarifying.

I may catch a lot of hell for this and I understand that people grieve differently, but the mom seems a little sus to me. It was mentioned at the beginning that she considered her daughter as "a friend" and that the grandparents mostly raised Lisbeth. The mother is already using the past tense when speaking of her daughter and this just happened last week - my dad passed 4 months ago and I still catch myself using the present tense when I talk of him (again, people grieve differently). There was no sign of forced entry, there were no calls from the school - did the mom call her out again with the excuse Lisbeth was still sick and leave the door unlocked? People are capable of heinous acts towards those they love. Edit to add about the 2nd case: Rich screams. Wealth whispers. I'm guessing that family is about to claim bankruptcy 😂 Edit to add for the Chipotle case: Rosemary should be called out to handle ALL of the Karens that cone through, all of the wages she earns at that job should be given to the victim (both of which so she can get a much better understanding of what it's like to work in food service), and then, at the end of every shift, be forced to watch that one scene from Waiting where we all learned to not f**k with the people who handle your food.

In Germany, some teenagers that e.g. hold up old people and steal their money e.g. are made to spend their social service in an old people's home helping old people and learning to relate to them. It might sound averse, but it's about the bond they are forging. One girl I know did this and she actually was touched by the old peoples' appreciation and gratitude and she even got a little departure gift from them. She even considered going into old people's care (not to steal from them!)! It might be harder for her in the future to hurt old people. Of course you have to carefully weigh whom you get into contact with old people - wouldn't want a psychopath there. But I appreciate the concept. It's not saying caring for old people is like jail, it's about rehabilitation.

That's the deal so many families are not going to even have a small Xmas, and not because they don't work their tails off, because how much everything has gotten to even eat halfway healthy. Work work work. Not even a degree can help you these days ... Shoots at three cops gets to go to France... SMH

I think people can spend their money any way they want. It’s the idea that he has zero regard for the law, what kind of future do you have with this nut and what kind of example is he going to set for your children, that has me cringing.

Seems to be more emotion coming from Annie Garcia than the Mother that found her Daughter that doesn't even look like she's cried endlessly. Something alot more to this and the Mum holds the Key I think.

59 million dollars on a wedding??? That's just stupid, just asinine. Just imagine what wonderful, "smart" things that could be done with that much $. My gosh!

This is why we Texans want the border closed. So boarder patrol can go back to doing their jobs and making sure ppl here on expired visas are sent back home... Our border is out of control....

The first case is very sad to hear about. I do agree that the picture does not look like the guy they arrested because one the guy in the picture is thinner and his beard has a bit of a curve up towards his lower lip, where the guy they arrested has a straight beard under his chin. I do, however, believe he was the one that broke into the home the first time, which is why he had some of her belongings on him, then told this guy pictured about the beautiful girl that lived there. Just a theory but he may be related to the guy that did the murder and is trying to cover for him. The second case, well I can't believe that I am saying this but, why would you not believe that the wealthy get special privileges? They get special treatment from every aspect of life from the president down to the lowest of court proceedings (traffic cases). The fact that he was allowed to leave the country or have a bodyguard or even have a closed hearing does not shock me in the least. What I really want to know if why did he shot at the police in the first place? Why were that at his house? Did the police place their hand on their gun first? We all know that cops feel more powerful and will grab their gun as a way to intimidate people. There are way too many holes in this story to come to any judgements either way.

Make sense that he has her belongings if he confesses he probably doesn’t confessed to being the killer but to being the robber but maybe the language barrier the police took it as he confessed as being the killer. 🤔

If the top 86% of car dealership owners make around $500k per year how does Daddy have that much money? Unless he already came from tons of money then that would explain it. I know he owns a couple as stated in all the news I’ve seen about this case so let’s say he has 4, that’s $2mil per year before taxes and bills. So, something isn’t adding up. I wonder if Daddy is trying to make this go away really quick so nobody started extensively digging into ALL OF THEM! I don’t even think I’ve ever heard of a billionaire spending that kind of money on their own wedding let alone their kids. You’d have to be close to a billionaire to even THINK about spending that kind of money for a literal few hours for the night! So if this isn’t generational wealth the math just isn’t adding up. I’ve seen a lot of people scratching their heads at the exact same thing. I mean, if you can make that much why don’t shit tons more people own dealerships? It’s obviously not impossible to do since TONS of people own them.

These are elections time and there are a lot of positions and aspirations in all branches of the judicial system. Judges, 49:29 sheriffs, DAs, detectives you name it. The police rushes to solve cases even if they do not have enough evidence of the real perpetrator. I hope they do not send an innocent person to prison as has happened many times. Unimaginable tragedy.😢

With the case of the millionaire, I’m not sure why were being naïve. Very clearly if he has that kind of money to spend on a wedding then he’s not going to be facing any sort of prison sentence. The bail amount actually makes that very clear. If the purpose of bail is to get someone to come back to court then $25,000 means nothing. If the judge really wanted to give him some incentive to return then he should’ve made it $59 million. Also, not sure why we spent so much time talking about his wedding. It’s his money, he has a right to do whatever he wants with it, and he also has the right to film it and post it on social media just like everybody else. There’s a lot of jealousy today among the hosts. The statement that someone shouldn’t flaunt their wealth comes from a place of jealousy. If you’re not jealous, then you shouldn’t care what they show and what they don’t. It’s also very obvious why he would want his court case not to be filmed. Even poor people don’t want their cases filmed. There’s nothing abnormal about that. Today’s episode was extremely biased unnecessarily.

I'm thinking the perpetrator was after her & broke in previously & took "tokens"& then carried things way further.

I think so too 🤔 Either the week before burglary was a failed attempt - or he was scoping the place out/ arranging a way to get back in! 👀
