Cheese Puffs

These delicious cheese puffs are stuffed with a creamy garlicy goat cheese filling encased in light as air pâte a choux dough. My riff on classic French gougeres, is packed with flavor and perfect for parties.

I did something similar with what I thought was mashed potatoes. I was at a buffet and got excited when I saw " mashed potatoes". Got to the table and took a big spoonful, turns out it was horseradish. To make matters worse I did not have anything to drink at the table yet...
