J'ai aimé regarder cette video ! Merci beaucoup. J’apprende le francais dans une class à college. Nous chaque apporterons de nourriture pour le deniere soir avant les vacances de Nöel. J’aimerais faire “Gougères”. Est-il possible de les préparer quelques heures à l’avance? Aussi Chef, pensez-vous que le fromage Comte soit le meilleur pour cela?

Hello Vivien, the last time I did choux pastry, they came out crisp but within an hour the pastry was flat and soft. Very disappointing. I shall do them again for the family this weekend and follow your instructions to the letter. Can you tell me if I can use the same recipe and fry them? Regards Maria 🇬🇧

It will be another taste, very dark outside and will get flat even faster. If it got flat in one hour, it wasn’t cooked enough
