Ok, from what I learned being taught classic French cooking, we would line the mold with clear cling wrap, about 2 layers at least 3 inches overlap. We would lightly oil the pan first to get the cling wrap to adhere to the mold, including corners smoothing out as best you can. We chill the mold about 5 min. Then we proceed. Give it a try. May have some creases but not so much to be noticed. Good luck!

Actually, I think that's a pullman bread loaf pan. From Williams Sonoma: With its straight sides and sliding lid, our pan is the professional's secret to creating perfectly square breads for sandwiches and canapés. Baked to a savory golden brown, bread turns out with flat, even sides that make it easy to cut uniform slices. Great vid, thanks!

Yes! A Pullman loaf pan. Good job identifying the pan! I have one (not a Mirro) that was made in the 1920s or 30s. I use it because I can't get my usual store brand Pullman loaf here. Actually, if cooked to proper doneness the bread should come out of the pan with a fairly pale and tender crust. The French call bread made that way: "pain de mie" or literally "bread of crumb", because in their view it has no crust. There is a long Pepperidge Farm brand loaf in many grocery stores that is a classic Pullman loaf of bread with a pale, tender crust and square shape. It is great for sandwiches and is an excellent ingredient for stuffing turkey, chicken or other meats. They call the bread Pullman bread or Pullman loaves because the pan resembles the shiny Pullman train cars from the 30s or before.

Does anybody get so excited when Emmy gets Silly/frustrated/happy trying to get the molds out in everyone of the videos? It’s like she birthed a baby!! Lol!! Her Videos cheer me up and make me so happy even though I probably never attempt most of the recipes I also learn so much in every video

If you use a strip of extra long parchment paper lining the bottom of the mould like you do with some loaves of bread you can sort of use it like a handle to pull the Jell-O out of the mould.
