Jen makes Cheesy Caraway Scones the traditional way. Serve these instead of bread rolls next time you're having soup.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups self raising flour
90 grams very cold chopped butter
~1 cup shredded/grated cheese
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
1 cup milk plus a little extra to brush the top of the scones
Extra sprinkle of cheese or caraway seeds to put on top of the scones
Cook at 220 degrees Celsius for 15-20mins until cooked
