I think you need to add a couple more "Cheesy's" to the title. Wow, it looks great. I was trying to remember if my mom had ever made a baked ziti with meat like this and I called one of my brothers and asked him. He didn't' think so. Well, I am going to do it. The addition of the meat is what really makes this dish shine. Any particular lean/fat ratio for the chopped beef? 80/20 90/10? I already know I'm going to use the hot Italian sausage. Thank you.
