Cheesy Egg Bhurji Recipe-Anda Bhurji with Cheese-Masala Egg Bhurji-Easy Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:
Egg-6
Cheese(mozzarella and/or cheddar)-50 gm
Green chilli(chopped)-1 or 2
Onion(chopped)-1(large)
Capsicum/bell pepper-1/2
Tomato(chopped)-1
Cooking oil-3 tbsp
Garam masala powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste(3/4th tsp)

this is what i have experienced but salt wont ever mix with the whole egg concoction when u just dump it in it so what i do is dissolve salt in a spoonfull of water and water can easily blend with the eggs or if u making bhurji u could always add it in the masala, u know while we fry the onions and stuff then the salt mixes well
