Cheesy flat feta bread

CHEESY FLAT BREAD
* 1 cup all purpose flour
* 1 tsp baking powder
* Pinch of salt
* 1 cup milk
* 2 eggs, lightly beaten
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 3 oz grated mozzarella or cheddar
* 5 oz feta cheese crumbled
* 2-3 tbs sesame seeds
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Line a 9X9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add in the milk, eggs and oil and mix using a whisk .Fold in the shredded cheese and crumbled feta with a spatula .
Spread your batter into the baking dish .Sprinkle the top with the sesame seeds and bake for 45-50 minutes or till the top is golden brown . Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving.
Note :You can add herbs like fresh dill or parsley into the batter for a different flavour.
