Thank you. Love your recipes and videos. Since watching your lamb and okra video, l really like the idea of baking the lamb first, then mixing in the veggies. Thank you again!

Hi Chef. I am so happy you decide to post more recipes. Could you show us how to make authentic chole? There are so many recipes out there, but none are authentic like restaurants.

I am a underwhelmed by his presentation. I would expect him to add a lot more value in terms of why roasting the lamb was important. People who are serious foodies are more interested in the value of browning onions as opposed to the newspaper as a dining table. This is not to take anything away from Atul who I think is a wonderful person. He should bother about why people visit his youtube videos. Most people do not even care about the Michelin stars which are awarded to restaurants ( in their own setting. Atul need a little change in focus that is all. Overall happy with product.

Chef it’s time to leave the animals alone & focus on vegetarian way of eating. I am sure you are aware of the factory farming of meat, animal cruelty & unethical way of sourcing it. Think about it!!
