Halli Top Chef.. Step pertama.. Belacheng goreng dan garam dan cabai kisar tumis sekali adalah step pertama yg paling mustahak di recipi tersebut..bahan yg kamu miss out.. Hakia 2 keping, bawang panjang 1 batang.. Stp2 .Sis Chilli 8 sudu, Sis tomato 4.sudu ,limau manis 2 biji, bawang putih 3 biji tumbuk harus, gula 2 sudu, kicap air 1.sudu ,chicken stock 1.sudu ,kicap pekat 1.tea spoon, mixed well dengan air panas 2 sudu, set aside.. Step 3...otak ketam campur telur ayam 2 biji pecah sedikit, set aside.. Di Sini 3 in 1 baru boleh menang Asia Chef.. Jika Sos yg ada di bottle rempah dan Bumbu tidak boleh menang Asia Chef.. Ok.. Gd skill, Kam Sheah. !
