Wow this is so frickin amazing!! My Italian grandpa would have driven all the way to your camp for this, Chef Hines. He had this deep love of cooking seafood and also eating local. Grew his own food til he died at 90 - I think his attitude towards local eating was related to his longevity :) Thank you so much for the sudden good memories ❤️ I can’t wait for more videos!

Lovely, + I really like that wood gasification stove, but its crazy expensive, they use to build them for india,.. for lowering co2 emission and it must have been done much cheaper:)
