Chef Sonny first time making Chinese dumplings from scratch with me

Today, I take on the challenge of my talented friend, Sonny, who is not only a professional chef but also a popular cooking influencer known as ‪@thatdudecancook‬ . Together, we will be making mouthwatering Chinese pork and chive dumplings from scratch.
But that's not all! I have a few special guests joining us, the amazing ‪@cookiterica‬ and her daughter, who will be helping wrapping dumplings.
To ensure an authentic and delicious experience, we will be making everything from scratch - from the flavorful filling to the delicate dumpling wrappers. But what truly elevates this recipe is the dipping sauce. And guess what? I have just released my own Cookingbomb chili sauce, which is now available on my website!
Made with my grandma's secret recipe, this traditional Sichuan-flavored chili sauce is the perfect accompaniment to the dumplings. For the dumpling sauce:
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1-4 tbsp Cookingbomb Chili Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese vinegar
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
