Sir am 32 years old. I have tried a lot of kesari like pouring milk , soaking rava ... everything failed.. for the first time in my life instead of rava kali, I got rava kesari seeing ur video.. my 5 years son love it... not exactly like u. Somehow 80 percent I did..thank u so much..

I was trying all the other recipes and didn’t succeed and didn’t get the right consistency. However, I tried this gentleman’s recipe and it was brilliant. The main point which he made was the type of semolina to use (coarse not fine) which is really really important. I was using the fine semolina and didn’t get the right consistency. Thank you very much for you video

I made kesari today using this recipe. The texture and finish was as desired. But found the sugar considerably less. To me the sugar level is at the level you get in Bangalore hotels when you order chow-chow bath a combination of kesari and upma served together as one scoop each. But as a stand alone sweet preparation the sugar has to be at least 1.25 times of rava. Not 0.75 times (3/4) recommended here. Otherwise, enjoyed preparing it. In fact, I roasted raisins with cashew until they turned puffed and added it to kesari. Thanks for sharing your method of cooking. I am a vegetarian. I am enjoying your vegetarian preparations.

Hi, Mr. Deena. Today I sautéed rava for upma but cancelled the preparation nd instead of keeping it aside i decided to prepare kesari nd tuned in to your recipe. Only moderation i did was i used brown sugar 1 cup instead of white sugar 3/4 cup as shown nd thank god it turned out excellently. Your preparation method nd consistency of speech coincides well nd is simply awesome. 👌 Tnks for your wonderful recipe.

I did channa masala for my kid's birthday party. It came out well, I made a small mistake in that, salt was little bit more, but u mentioned in between, some ppl will add sugar in it to compensate the salt and spiciness, I tried that, it was good finally. The channamasala vessel was almost done at the end of the party. Thanks sir. I need soup items for this season, it could be most useful for kids in this season. Hoping for the soup videos soon. Dear chef Deena ! Nice video & explanation ! Thanks! In the beginning u've said to avoid colour agent , and to use turmeric powder as an alternative and to explain this small process ( quantity mg proportion etc) but there is no such thing in the video!

Chef dheena....rombe nandri for the useful tips on water measurement and when to add in the sugar plus the two types of rawa that is available.....I tried out ur method today and the texture was so right and I love it. There have been times my kesari turned out soft and soggy....but ur method seem to work for me. Keep inspiring us...many thanks chef🌹
