Thank you sis💜 i am from srilanka. எனக்கு கேசரி எப்படி இருக்கும் என்று கூட தெரியாது. எங்களுடைய நாட்டில் இது அவ்வளவாக பேசப்படும் உணவு வகை ஒன்று இல்லாததால், ஆனால் என்னுடைய husband அவர் எல்லா வகையான உணவுகளையும் உண்ணக்கூடியவர். நிறைய europe country foods களை செய்து தருமாறு கூறி recipie களை எடுத்து தருவார். அவர் ஒரு foodie. என்னிடம் அவர் தற்போது 3 மாதங்களுக்கு முன் இருந்தே கேசரி செய்து தருமாறு கூறி ஒரு 150 முறை சரி கூறி இருப்பார். ஆனால் எனக்கு கேசரி எப்படி இருக்கும் என்றும் தெரியாது. அதன் சுவை எப்படி இருக்குமென்றும் தெரியாது. அதன் பின்பு உங்கள் vedio வை பார்த்தேன். உண்மையில் பெரிய தயக்கத்தில் தான் செய்தேன். உங்கள் vedio இற்கு கீழே உள்ள feedback களை பார்த்தேன் 90% posttive feedback ஆக இருந்தது. இன்று முதல் முறை செய்து பார்த்தேன். I tried it the same way and it was the very first time I prepared kesari. It came out so nice and delicious. As I dont like ghee I replaced it with oil. Keep going
