Excellent you have sharing your cook and at the same time in English. Hence, overseas Indian will understand it. A lot of time don’t understand certain words in Tamil. Thankfully for your sharing in English. Hope to you teach vegetarian food in English.

Sir, I tried your Puliyodharai and the results were yummylicious.... I couldn't get the g;laze alone ... oil sediments and at the bottom its is very oily ... Can you plz help with that

Jaggery is only added for the punchy taste. refer the ingredients again. thanks

Why is raw oil added at the end?

For flavour and consistency we add gingilly oil at the end to finish the dish.

How long will it take to pound in the stone, when u posted , u took only few minutes. Surprising. Except garlic and ginger, sometimes pepper, I will not try anything with that. You have thrown light on it. Thanks sir.
