Chef Sunder heard all your grumbling tummies and decided to rescue with his easy & quick recipe on how to make a restaurant-style parotta at home keeping it soft, layered and flaky that you could gobble up in no time. Let's get you started. To make your cooking easier, please get your ingredients, mentioned below:
Portion Size: 12 Parottas
Maida - 500g
Milk - 100 ml
Egg white - 1
Cooking Oil - 3 to 4 tablespoons
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt as per taste

yes, interchange the maida with atta and use 10% more milk and extra oil for softness

Not required. Milk is enough. You can skip the eggwhite if you want.

Can we add soda water 2.3 spoons instead of egg.?

You can skip the egg if you want to. Not advisable to use baking soda as it will make only little different. But if tou need extra puffing you can use it. But a flat bread like parotta just use milk and knead well. You can achive decent results without egg.
