I can’t wait for you to open your own restaurant. You are an amazingly talented chef. It makes sense why the comments all call you Master Wang Gang. I haven’t done nearly enough traveling yet, but once you open your own restaurant, I’m determined to go to it.

He actually has a restaurant called Kuangcai(宽菜) in Chengdu
The presentation and the ingredients of this dish remind me of Fajitas, a Tex-Mex dish of similar composition which, in restaurants, is served on a cast-iron skillet heated until the food is sizzling and popping as it's set down.

Wow, the amount of technique and details shared in this video are mind blowing. If I was a professional chef, I'd be taking lots of notes. If I can recreate 20% of what he did in my home kitchen, I'm sure it will still be an awesome dish. Thanks Chef!
