For Chef Wang's medium heat, I probably still wouldn't achieve if I could put all my 4 home stove burners together.

If you use a thick wok and preheat it until it smokes a bit, it's roughly the heat of his medium heat, you can cook most of his quick-fried dishes.

@@rorschachgotnicemask9449 thank you for the reply. I have a nice carbon steel wok and I do preheat but the burner 3000BTU at full flame doesn’t even come close. The wok cools with food too fast. The meats release too much water. It’s ok but not the same result.
