My wife's trick (from her friend) to obtain ginger juice easily. Cut gingers into 1 inch cubes, then wrap in plastic bag, freeze until hard, then thaw out until it's soft. Put the soft cube into garlic smash/ squeezer then squeeze the ginger juice out. 😉😎
Great idea. But why freeze it than de-frozen it? why not go directly to the squeezer after cut up?

@@VRUAN The reason to freeze the ginger is to break up its structure by the expansion of liquid inside. Hard frozen cubes are hard to squeeze, so thaw it out making it a lot easier to squeeze. 🙃😉
