AJ. I want to thank you. Because I have watched dozens of your videos over the years, I am now "no-'SOS.'" I never thought I could live without salt. A few days ago I ate some mashed potatoes WITHOUT salt! I used only black pepper and it was delicious! I watched your story on Rich Roll and I was so impressed! And the non-SOS cake that you baked for him looked delicious! 😋 When I told my girlfriend that you baked a cake without SOS, she thought it would taste bad. I told her that you are a professional pastry chef and that anything you bake must taste brilliant!

Thank you Dr. Fuhrman for coming on, and thank you of course AJ for bringing only the best guests in the plant world to us. Quality and knowledge is dispensed on your videos. The ability to have questions answered in real time is really something. The correct answers to questions is very hard to find on the Internet, but not here.❤️💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Thank you both for this very instructive video 🙏 I believe we can be told radical as in French, the origin of the word means going back to the root and yes, eating like this is feeding our body with the real food, with our physiological diet 🌱 I switched to a vegan diet 3 years ago to heal and started with a 30-day challenge. I felt 60 years old, the age if my mom, while I just turned 30 !! After 2 weeks, all the joint pain was gone !! My allergies improved little by little and are now fully gone !! I thought I was tired because I just had 2 kids but it was all because the unappropriate diet I had then !! Now I have so much energy that I have to play and exercise daily to use it 😂 I can never go back to an omnivore diet with pain and disease in perspective if this is to be « normal » or « pleasure » !! I still have to get rid of some kilos. I have just bought the book Eat to Live and will use your advice for that. Merci 🙏 If you are hesitating to step into this, I hope my testimony will give you another reason to try. Keep saying to myself : I am worth it and I decide to choose what is best for me ❤

So impressed, as always!! Dr. Fuhrman is constantly dropping truth bombs.😉 What he said about the importance of plant protein is genius!🤓(Around 44:00 or 45:00.) I’ve never heard it expressed quite that way before. And it solidified something important in my mind. Thank you!!🙏🏻🩷

As long as I'm eating chips and drinking alcohol I'm fine but the minute I say a non drinking whole food plant based people warn me about [insert typical warnings] .... I'm too skinny too. I'm 5ft 6 and weigh 62 kgs... that's not skinny.... that's *normal*.... people don't know what normal is anymore. Wishing governments cared but money is more important.

Really good conversation. I would not call people extreme, maybe compulsive is a better term? Why does food have to be so complicated or take up so much thought. Food is food and junk is junk. Not hard to understand. I am plant based and eat like Dr F. Once you get on track it is super easy.

8:16 Perpetuating addictive tendencies is other people’s karma. It’s good to put information out there for a particular audience who wants to learn and lead by example for others who have yet to learn. But if you know you are going to agitate an audience then you’re disrupting other people’s life lessons and creating karmic ties you probably don’t want or need. But hey that’s a life lesson in and of itself. Do what you think is best ✌️

Also, our tax dollars should be used to regulate industries who would otherwise prey on its own kind. It’s kind of irresponsible to just think teaching kids good habits at a young age is good enough. Especially when kids learn at different stages of development. What research has gone into determining the absolute appropriate age to learn these health concepts? And what variables are being put in place for underserved, abused, and delayed populations of children? The competition in our society is unhealthy and disruptive to our species.

Dr. Mcdougall says Sugar is not. He says to use it as a condiment & sprinkle on your oatmeal or coffee. Nobody spoons & eats sugar from the sugarbowl except a kid. It's the fats & white flour we mix with the sugar that's poisonous.
