1.पानी उबाल कर ठन्डा कर के डालते समय एक चम्मच पिसी राई (छोटी,भूरे रंग की) डालें तो बहुत उत्तम काँजी तैयार होगी. 2.पिसी राई डालें तो सिरका डालने की आवश्यकता ही नही, सिरका थायरायड की समस्या में ठीक नही. 3..बोतल पर ढक्कन लगाना गलत है; खाँसी में खमीर उठने पर, गैसें निकलने के लिये बोतल पर रूमाल के साईज़ के कपड़े से ढक कर रबड़ का छल्ला चढ़ाना बेहतर है. 4.सुबह- शाम इस मिश्रण को stir करके हिलाते रहें

Hello Chefharpalsingh ji, Thank you I came for probiotic drink and checked your other cooking videos, just easy, simple but appears very tasty. You are a life saver!!! will try one dish every week. One question to you sir, we have to drink this probiotic drink after 4 days. Once we start using it (on 5th day), within how many days we should finish it? Is there a expiry date. Please advice. You can drink beet kvass after it's fermented, but it's often best to wait a few days. The flavor improves after sitting in the fridge for at least a week. The liquid will thicken, become darker, and seem less watery. Beet kvass can last for at least a month in the fridge, but the amount of antioxidants and lactic bacteria will start to decrease after that. 🙂

Beetroot kvass can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a month, and it should be kept out of direct sunlight during fermentation and storage; ideally, store it in a cool, dark place.🙂

aapne kahaa pasteurized vinegar nahee lena ... tau koi ek brand bataaiye ya live germs waali vinegar banaane kee recipe bataaiye
