In the video, I made it firmer, but if you prefer a softer, jelly-like texture, try using 2-3g of agar instead😀

if you want to eat coffee jelly by itself, use gelatin because of it's soft texture... if you want to make coffee jelly with any drinks, use agar 😊😊

@ChefJLABO Summer is the best time to enjoy coffee jello with cream. 手作りは美味しいですが前わたしはなかなか柔らかいコーヒージェロを作れません。 なんかゴムみたい🙄だから私は諦めて買う事が多かった. でもビデオを見て改めて作って見ようと思います。

Thanks for your comment😀 It depends on personal preference, but I prefer gelatin. Although it was cut from the video, the version made with the Japanese agar that I mentioned in the video has the texture I like the most.
