INGREDIENTS:
BATTER:
6 pcs Large Egg Yolks
1 tsp Vanilla ( u can use also Brown vanilla)
1/4 cup White Sugar
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Fresh Milk
1/4 cup Oil
1 Tablespoon Ube Flavorade
1 & 1/4 cup Cake Flour (follow this, not the one on the video)
1/4 cup Ube Powder ( i used CRV Ube Powder )
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
MERINGUE:
6 pcs Large Egg Whites
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/2 cup White Sugar
UBE BUTTERCREAM:
1 bar Unsalted Butter
1 can Jersey Ube Condensed Milk
2 Tablespoon Ube Flavorade
Good for 2 pcs 8x2" Baking Pan
