Pineapple Cheese Ball

This cheeseball is my favorite and I have fond memories of my mom making this every year for Christmas. It is a sweet and, crunchy and creamy delicious cheeseball that will be a definite crowd pleaser.
Pineapple Cheese Ball
Ingredients
2 8oz. package of cream cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp minced onion
1 tsp seasoned salt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat cheese until smooth. Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans and then the rest of the ingredients, blend well. Form into a ball. Roll ball in remaining pecans. Store in the refrigerator. Serve with crackers.

I just love a cheeseball. It wouldn’t be the same without one! I’ve never put crushed pineapple in mine before!! I think the sweet element would be fabulous!
