FitAnge, thanks for watching! Have you had this before? Don't use 3/4 tsp. of cayenne, it was too much. I used 1/2 tsp. for the listed recipe! Have a wonderful New Years too!!!

I wanna play with these cheeseballs some more. My two signature ones were ground pork and bacon and chives. Was thinking about a pineapple and salted oven baked pecans..Green apples and salted pecans and dried cranberries. Pineapples, cherries and wet walnuts. For vegans: Celery and tomatoes balsamic vinegar or Cucumbers and pimentos. Cheeseballs are a great, fun recipe to play with. Don't forget, everything taste good with a Ritz.

I've been wanting to try another kind besides the one I have to make every Thanksgiving & Christmas. I thought this would be good to add. The one I have been making for many years is cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, dried minced onion, worchire sauce & roll in pecans or walnuts. We love it. But I'm always ready to try something new & easy

Your Kitchen Aid stand mixer is WAY too fast. You need to adjust it. There's how-to videos online. Probably needs a grease change too! Wow!
