Crispy Pickles:
Ingredients List:
3 kg gherkin cucumbers
Six cloves of garlic per jar
A teacup of vinegar
A teaspoon of peppercorn
One bay leaf
Preparation:
The recipe I will give is suitable for half-liter jars.
We fill the bottom of each jar with a bay leaf, a peppercorn, three cloves of garlic, and the cucumbers washed and cut on both sides. We fill the rest with three cloves of garlic, two coffee spoons of rock salt crystals, a tea glass of grape or apple cider vinegar, and finally, we pour boiling water. Then we cover the lid and turn them up and down for 4-5 times so that the salt can melt a little inside. ('Cause it's a big crystalled salt). For the last step we turn the jars upside down and leave them overnight as I show in the video. We can turn them into their normal position the next day. If you keep your pickles in a dark and cool place, they will always be super crispy and fresh.
