Like fried donuts, they are best eaten on the day you make them. You can reheat in the microwave for a few seconds only but reheated siakoy are not the greatest.

You can bake. Air fry okay too but it won't taste as good. 350F

Baka po Chef, ang ginamit ko na Yeast ay active. Wala po akong mahanap na Instant dry yeast

If I understood you, tama naman ang nangyari. The dough should rise and become big when you fry it in oil. If you want a smaller piece, braid only about 40 -50 grams.

After ko ginawa ang braid, I let it rise for 45mins

After you braid, pwede 30 minutes lang and pa alsa kung ma init sa inyong lugar. If you are abroad at least one hour.
