dawg i’m watching this WHILE SHOWERING. i have my phone in every shower. it’s nice background noise lol. also i’m so happy jerma shares the sentiment of being calm and chill in the bathroom, probably stems from anxiety and a need to be in control. bathrooms are truly one of the only things you can control. there’s a whole damn rick and morty episode about it. i spend time just resetting my brain. i agree 100 percent with jerma here and you can fight me all you want.

I mean the thing is that if you're plugged in to devices/media, then you're not "resetting your brain." Don't get me wrong I'm the same way too, right down to watching videos in the shower. But realistically, I understand that's different than actually "resetting." Ster had a good point about being alone with your thoughts; just being present, not needing to be distracted by media, is the way to get your brain to "reset."

@@HeavyMetalMonk888 OH WAIT, i guess i came off really wrong here lol, bc i can meditate , and do it often, its just i have to be really in the zone. i often spend a lot of time sitting and staring at nature and the trees. i can enjoy my solitude, just somethings, like being in the bathroom, are connected to devices, the experience in my mind just needs a phone. and i know it seems weird to others, but i grew up doing it and it only ever made me happy. i never really saw a problem with it so i just became to attached to it. now that phones are waterproof and stuff, its way safer and easier now. i was kinda aggressive in the whole " i cant be alone with my thoughts". and i dont mean it to that extreme. idk man the human brain wild, but i for sure spend a a lot of time meditating\looking at nature quietly away from the human world. and i do enjoy that a lot. even going to school for it right now lol.
