Good video. One thing I would suggest is not shaking the mixture together cause it creates foam inside the bottle which will create less foam on the vehicle. Whenever I put in my soap I give it a stir so everything is mixed together but there's no foam inside the bottle

As an owner of the big mouth cannon, I would also not recommend the big mouth cannon. It's built well, but for it's price to performance, it falls short and performs similar to the $30 cannons. One big pro, is that the huge top that makes adding chemicals incredibly easy, but it does not outweigh the cons.

People tend to focus on the orifice size they miss out on the stainless steel packing inside the foam canon, it plays a vital role on making good foam (clean and wash it often if u can), the one from MTM PF22 is well made... u can buy stainless steel packing separate, also ty using distilled or Di water to mix inside your foam gun.

After watching your review, I couldn't imagine anyone paying $90 for this CG`s POS. Leaking bottle, foam dripping from tip, and dripping foam. I use a Mckellen and a Ryobi 1900 pressure washer with Adams soap and get incredible foam.

The one thing that I’ve been wondering is that at minute 7:34 you mention you turned the non all the way down. The knob shows a more watery graphic on one end and the foamy on the other. Which end did you turn it too for the test. When you say “all the way down” I assumed it was the watery end so no wonder it didn’t work as well, if that was the way they didn’t intend for you to use it, can you verify?

Chemical Guys are taking advantage of the beginner, there stuff being in Wal Mart makes it convenient and they know that, so they over price almost every product they have. It's disappointing that they do this. You can get a better Foam Cannon for 30 to 40 dollars less. Im so glad I found your channel man, and I'm glad you are honest. I'm very surprised they haven't contacted you and offered you money to do a fake review of there products. Which they do to a lot of smaller youtubers. Some ppl will do anything for money. Chemical guys spend more money on Advertisement and packaging then they do on the quality of there products.

CG products are marketed and packaged well, too bad that's about as far as they go. They really need to focus on the quality inside more than outside. I've wasted a ton of money buying their stuff, hell, just threw out about $1000 worth of products last week. Always good to see actual reviews with results like you crank out!

The GPM is adjustable depending on the orifice size you’re using. The advertised specifications of almost all pressure washers is extreme false advertising even with the nozzles they come with. He has uses the same machine with great results from that 1.1mm size orifice on several other foam canons and is the standard for electric pressure washers.

Great review. I have the same issue with my MTM foam cannon "leaking" at the mouth. I opened it up and checked the mesh screen as well, didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

I bought the honey dew snow foam from chemical guys, and, I used my pressure washer with a regular chemical injector. No foam. I just learned I need a foam cannon, and I want to buy one, but I want to buy one that I don’t have to mess with, and comes out of the box spraying super thick foam. I have a very good pressure washer. 4.0 gpm up to 4,200psi. I can adjust the pressure on the Viper pump (Italian version) as well. Do you have to mess with them all like this? If you lost your equipment, and had to buy everything new again, what would you buy to lay the thickest foam possible?

Other than getting the hose connector turned around (watch out for that one), the machine is simple to put together and use kzbin.infoUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP . And very nice, too. I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall.The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.

I just bought the greenworks pro 2700 pressure washer and the chemical guys big mouth foam cannon. The foam was extremely watery. Do you think because of the psi of the pressure washer I need to go to a 1.25 orifice? Having trouble finding info online. I assume if more water gets through a bigger hole than it will be even more watery but maybe that’s not true because of the higher psi rating. Everyone says use the 1.1 orifice on the forums but they are all using lower psi pressure washers. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
