I could tell if the set is done right by watch the beginning how the hands are raised. Good job. The important thing is how the transformation done in between posture, you done well.

I can tell you've been condensing your chi in your spinal column and that your chi extends well beyond the confines of your body. That's true spiritual power.

The rising pose body doesn't need to stand up, it's chi in the body brings up the both hands. 🙏

May be you can feel your upper back, the area between the two shoulders, could be more relaxed, not holding up, then everything is going to drop to your waist, upper body will be totally empty.

What's the point of another mediocre performance of Professor Cheng's form? The teaching video with Professor Cheng is on KZbin, and so is Ben Lo's video of Professor's form.

Thanks better form than most ' cloud hands the waist should turn more not just the front of the body so that the chi is flushing the kidneys preventing wet heat ' step up to 7 stars the leading foot should gently land on 45 not straight and riding tiger the high hand should be lower and the left hand touching the solar plexus before spin ' also play guitar the foot should be up not flat do the calve is exercised correctly and ward off the back foot should not go beyond 45 or balance is lost but better than most

Wooooo!! "Better than most", wow, ladies and gentlemen, we have an expert here! "So the chi is flushing the kidney preventing wet heat"... Wow, bring on the esoteric! What does that even mean? "step up to 7 stars the leading foot should gently land on 45 not straight"... His left foot clearly has certain level of turn-out. Ok, maybe not 45 degrees, but so what? You are going to use protractor to measure his turnout? As long as he is stable and the joints are coordinated for an effective movement, why does it have to be 45 degrees? Maybe you can enlighten the world with your "textbook" correct form? You know what? It doesn't even have to be the entire form, just those parts that you so kindly critiqued. Afterall, you wouldn't want to be seen as a pedantic keyboard warrior. So do humanity a favor, enlighten and dazzle us with your magnificent skills. We eagerly await.
