❤லீஸ் வீடு புடிக்கும் மக்களே. போகியம் ஓத்தி முதலில் Ec போட்டு பாருங்க அப்புறம் வீடு ல கடன் ஏதவது இருக்கா பாருங்க. அப்புறம் இதெல்லாம் பார்த்து கூட வீடு போன கூட . உங்கள குடி வச்சிருக்கும் போதே அந்த வீட இன்னொரு ஆளுக்கு sale பண்ணலாம். அதனால் ஆபத்து ரோம்ப தான். சரியான முறை 👍 100% safe ரெஜிஸ்டர் off ல Lease register பண்ணி குடி போனால் நிம்மதி ஆ இருக்கலாம் Lease register பண்ணல உங்க பணம் பட்டை தான். நம்ம சட்டம் பிரச்சனை ன்னு போனா எனக்கு பணமே வேண்டாம் னு நினைக்கிற மாறி ஆயிரும். 30 வருசம் கேஸ் நடக்கும் civil case கோர்ட் கேஸ் அலையனும். வக்கீஸ் பீஸ் குடுக்கனும். 😂 உசார் மக்களே 😊 அதற்கு best பேங்க் ல போட்டு அதுல வர வட்டிய வாடகை குடுத்து safe ஆ இருக்கலாம்.

Reporter is arguing foolishly...the officer is insisting that ,since the amount is big we have to register the lease agreement that is the only solution. The reporter is saying it's not practical.If we have laziness to register the lease agreement and does not show interest to protect ourselves then we are opening door for cheating ... The speaker is answering patiently .. thanks for spreading awareness...

Such scams happening for more than 10 years. One of my cousin lives in such kind of apparent more than 8 years. They paid 2 lakh before 8 years. In that building 48 flats are there and all of them are such scam. Canara bank Thiruvallur, given the loan for all the flats and bank trying to sale the flats for Auction. Few flats sold out through auction and the owner bought the flats are not allowed to take the position of the flats. The lease are not ready for vacating the flats and after the sale, banker also not ensure to handover the vacant flat to the buyer. People who are buying the flats from bank auctions are the real victims of the scam.
