Last year I started to have tingling in various areas of the body. After a few months they disappeared. However, they recently returned to because I had a very stressful event. The tingling is not worse, it is located more in the feet, but since last week I have felt muscle spasms in different parts of the body, more in the legs. I'm in a panic for fear of being a serious illness.... But at the same time if the tingling were caused by a serious disease, they would not have passed, right?

Try not to pay attention to 'em. Ignore them. If it's anxiety, they'll go away IN TIME. The more you dwell and become anxious of them, the more they'll happen. Just accept them and go on with your day. Mine's decreasing and I'm only 19 years old. They're anxiety induced. Just pray, reduce stress, and they'll go away eventually. They ALWAYS do, trust me
@Koopaluxe
@Koopaluxe Жыл бұрын
@avidcobra3207 Staying busy helps ALOT as well as praying. You need to train your subconscious mind the positives and continue to think and/or say "this is anxiety, it will go away" and enjoy your life and continue to keep your mind off of anxiety. Keep in mind, hyperstimulation takes a long time to recover from which is why you still get anxiety symptoms despite not being anxious at all and only complaining about the symptoms'll only make them worse and continue. I swear to god, they aren't permanent. Just accept them, be patient, reduce anxiety in the long term and they'll go away IN TIME. Hell, don't even think of how long you had 'em because you're still thinking about them. Don't monitor them or ANYTHING. Just stay occupied with something healthy to do. I PROMISE, anxiety symptoms always go away when doing these things. Just think about your recovery and that's it. Don't think "I have to do this to get rid of the symptoms", think "I'm doing this because I love to do it"

This is absolutely not accurate. No anxiety therapies have worked in any lasting way. This is spinal misalignment from looking down at cell phones, combines with cellular radiation damage, backed by endless research worldwide. My twitching starting after a trip home over the holidays. I was great when I got to the airport. Life was in such a good place, I was in the best shape of my life (not perfect but only a few months away from that), etc. Like I said I was totally fine when I got to the airport, then 4 hours later when I got home I was limping, could barely see, could barely think, and I peed my pants. I was 43 years old. I had bladder issues all that week for the first time in my life. Then after my flight home, through the airport again, I began blacking out and the night after I got home I had the twitches from that night forward and they've never left. What could have possibly occurred to cause such a thing in such a healthy person? And in ALL of you/us at the same time in society all of a sudden? It's the one thing we all are excessively exposed to daily. Interesting that this was NOT an issue in society 20 years ago. I'm old enough to remember public health from back then. It's because we didn't have this one big thing in common back then to the aggressive level we do now. I'll tell you again what's causing it, and this corroborates with endless amounts of research I've seen, including recent Ivy League research....it's being caused by cell phone radiation.There were 100,000 people in that airport with me traveling for the holidays in 2017. People were on floors b/c there was no seating left, there was the biggest line out the door that I'd ever seen in front of that airport. Every single person in that airport was on one wireless device, if not two. Lots of people were on their laptops and cell phones doing their jobs while waiting for their flight. The way cell phones work is they intensify by more than double if you add a second cell phone to a room. Add 3 cell phones and it's more than 3x the intensity. They play very negatively off each other. It also depends on the strength of the phone. Some regions are banning wifi from all public buildings b/c of the dangers. Some are banning certain cell phones b/c they're now WAY too strong. This technology never should have been allowed to be introduced into society to begin with, unless they were willing to use th frequency that is safe, but instead they chose the one that isn't. WHY? This is a crime against humanity, unwittingly by each other and knowingly by big wireless b/c a $28 million study was done on the long term safety of wifi from 93-98 and the concusses was "unsafe for long term use". To boot, they ALREADY knew it in the 40s and 60s in the military. If you talk to military microwave weapons specialists they'll tell you the same thing. So, the 1998 study concusses, along with microwave weapons specialists all said that long term use of cell phones appears to cause permanent blood brain barrier damage, permanent dent in the genetic code, Cancer, Parkinsons, MS, Autism, and naturally the potential to cause any dysfunction in the body bc it's microwave radiation. They said our grandchildren will be born at much higher rates with moderate to severe birth defects. Autism will be up by 30% by 2030. I know the body can heal from MOST things with natural methods but only if you stop exposure. So stop using and abusing others with that microwave weapon in your purses and pockets. Every time you use your phone you're pulling hurricanes of microwave radiation though everyone's bodies around you, contributing to imminent life long disease. Cell towers and phones can take 10-70 years off your life. So as long as you all refuse to give up vanity supported by social media, and anything else unnecessary for survival, via cell phone use, you are now to blame, now that you know. Find another way. Cell phones are THAT dangerous that you need to find another way. Go to EHTrust.org to learn more. So to confirm, after that trip I also became immensely sensitive to cell phones, cell towers, etc. Also Smart Meters on your house are infinitely more aggressive forms of this radiation so those will cause really violent nerve damage. Call your Public Utilities Commission to help you force your local energy company to get that horrid meter off your house and put an old analog meter on. Do it ASAP. Those things can put you in the hospital in a matter of weeks to months. I've spoken to a radiation specialist who is educating doctors worldwide b/c the hospitals are being flooded with severe smart meter injured people. I lived through that too. There are class action lawsuits about this worldwide. My life has been ruined by this technology, including these twitches that last all night long and never let me sleep, that everyone says is just MY body's fault. Isn't that the dream for big wireless? As long as it's our fault they can keep collecting your cell phone bill everyday. Sure anxiety methods may work for a time, but cell phone radiation inflicts a body anxiety on your body bc it's attacking the cells, it's not psychological. The only way to reverse this horrid anxiety is stop using cell phones. Get a landline, hang out with your friends IN PERSON, hard wire your computers to use internet and throw out your routers, etc. If you need to keep a cell phone for emergencies only, then do that but you're still putting everyone around you at risk when you turn it on. You can cause someone to go into a coma or have a heart attack if you make a phone call next to a compromised child or adult while near a 5G pole or cell tower. So while you're using your cell phone for your emergency, you can cause an emergency for someone else and you'd never know it. Now you do. Get a GRIP on yourselves with your cell phone addictions. It's killing all of us.

I have twitching in calves, ankles, thighs, Buttocks, behind my knee, occasionally arms, between thumb and pointer finger/index, I've had an occasional twitch on my jaw line below lip, what scares me is the abdominal twitch and the leg switch when I'm standing up. My joints in my knee have been hurting, my legs and ankles but I've had lower leg problems in the past especially after running so I'm not sure if this is unrelated or not, I had my legs checked last in 2021. Is the abdominal/ stomach front and side twitches common? I seen a neurologist yesterday and he did strength test to me and didn't find clinical weakness but he said all he could do was order me a emg. Cherrelle I know you're super busy but can you please respond, is the Stomach twitching normal, and I do have twitches on my upper body but they happen more with my lower body. I've even had a twitch on my breast and forehead before but those are less common, its mostly my lower body. Please respond but I'll understand if you can't, people are coming to you more than neurologists.. Maybe you should get a degree in neuroscience and find a cure.

@@kt96074 I still have muscle twitches but they have diminished drastically. I guess once my brain figured out that I was still able to function everyday then my body stopped producing them. I've since gone through a lot of neuro symptoms that are on Cherrelle channels but most have diminished or come and go once I control myself mentally. The muscle twitches were new to me so I freaked out bc I didn't know where they came from. Like I said I still have them daily but not half as bad or I just overlook them. I went to a neuro again & they didn't find any clinical weakness. Honestly, the Neuro symptoms I started experiencing after the twitches were way worse & Googling made me develop other symptoms once I was made aware of them. If you're going through this go see a neuro for reassurance mentally, & then go on with your life. Don't Google anything bc you'll learn about stuff you never knew of before & you might develop those symptoms then you'll wish you could go back to muscle twitches. If you're still walking around functioning then you're fine. After I Google I started to feel like I was weak, but I wasn't. Once I got checked out Cherrelle channel helped me mentally. DONT GOOGLE FIGHT THE TEMPTATION DONT DO IT. I DONT CARE WHAT SYMPTOM YOU HAVE DONT GOOGLE.
