This evil beast prayed on the vulnerable, he makes me sick. Mom made glaring mistakes. Her financial vulnerability helped her into making the worst decisions in her life. The mom also seems somewhat, slow, which I think helped the situation to escalate. I do believe that she should not have her other children in her custody due to her inability to keep them safe 🙁 Sadly, this mom paid the highest price for allowing her desperate need for money to over ride her natural instincts which were telling her this whole situation was not right.
@nikkikidd84283 жыл бұрын
@Ryan Smith yep she sure did. She sold her daughter for a Walmart gift card that in the end she didn’t even receive I don’t think. I am not disputing that. And just because my perception is minimally different doesn’t mean I think that she’s a saint and completely naive about the danger she put her daughter in. She states very clearly that she had a gut feeling that this man was up to no good. She gambled with her daughters life hoping that he was sincere and that’s the difference I am commenting on. Yes it’s tit for tat but for me there is a difference between being extremely stupid, hoping to get something and blatantly handing over her daughter in a cash transaction. And this is only a discussion not a debate . It doesn’t change anything but it is a platform which gets people thinking and becoming aware of all that stupidity and evil that is everywhere these days.

yo ik the mother is going through so much, and i send my condolences to her and her family but she’s also at blame. if you already have a bad feeling about someone you don’t let your child near them at all!

He only plead not guilty so he could relive what he had done through the trial, he knew he would get to see those images & hear every detail of her torture & death & he loved every bit of it. Another sick kick he got out of it was forcing other people (jury, judge, observers, media etc in the court room) to have those images & details in their heads for the rest of their lives. To him it was like an exhibition of his work to show off.

It's also the justice system's fault. That Evil man had several cases with assaulting children before. Why is he not in jail? They kept freeing that man for YEARS! Cases like these should have been prevented years ago if all predators at the first attempt or case, have been kept on jail for life.

Wow, cherish could of possibly been saved if the cops would have taken it seriously and put out and Amber Alert. That is absolutely heartbreaking. The 911 call was bizarre from Rayne. She didn't seem upset or anything and the stuff she said that he done to her daughter right in front of her eyes, but still let him take her off? What? She let him go in the dressing room with her twice? Who tf does that? Rayne is not a victim. I can't believe that woman said that.

Not to diminish the horror of what this man did but parents should have some common sense as well - Basic parenting 101. This to me is almost borderline child neglect. If a mother made that type of decision that would send most of us running (creep o meter) ... what other bad calls is she making at home. Allowing him to take her daughter to change room?! Allowing a complete stranger (when you yourself said you had suspicion?, take your daughter for food? There is no victimization of the mother and manipulation (as the woman (judge) in video states). There will always be sick people amongst us but it’s up to the parents to protect from these individuals when possible. If you want to accept the mans money and gifts in desperation ; you keep your child by the side.
