It is great to see that you put The High End of Low in perfection. Many people would say that you are wrong but I think you are right. Well I would put it in fantastic but I still understand you. It is a great album but many people can not see it.

I ignored "Born Villain" for years up until a few months ago, mainly because the slow intros to most of the songs made me lose interest. Would've also placed it at Okay, but now I rank it Great, almost Fantastic. The songs feel more cinematic with lyrics cleverly evoking literature and movies, particularly "Overneath the Path of Misery" heavily referencing Macbeth. "Hey, Cruel World" is a banger opening song, and the bonus cover track "You're So Vain" has become one of my favorites. The album has a lot going for it, was surprised how much I ended up liking it to the point it was on repeat for a few months.

Mechanical Animals was a shock when it came out after ACSS. But after a couple listens it grew on me and eventually took the #1 spot. It’s hard to imagine another Manson album taking that spot.
