This looks amazing!!! (as usual...) @6:14 Yes, something special with Gnocc...Never mind lol. @2:06 a "Wet Grinder" ? ... Have to admit, i'm not familiar with it. I looked at the pricing, it's not as expensive as a thermomix.

This recipe look's yummy ! it's reminded me of a french chocolate called : les mon chéri ! Didn't know you could make chocolate by using only cacao butter ( without cacao beans :o ) it open the possibilities to a lot of different taste ! thanks for the hard work !

I use a twin stone from 110%chef, it’s around €300. Love using it, but it was pretty hard to get it. Had to wait 4 months for it 😂 Been hearing a lot of good things about this one and it’s €100 cheaper amzn.to/3o7P0BH

I’m struggling to get my cherries to freeze as solid as yours seem to be, what whiskey are you using? Mine is 40% could this be a reason why mine isn’t setting like yours ? I’m following your recipe step by step and the temp of my freezer is -18.

My freezer is set at -30, I think this might be it. Otherwise lower the amount of baileys or heat a part to vaporize some of the alcohol
