Cherry Vanilla Cake - The Perfect Flavor Combo

Hey everyone!
I’m a big fan of cherries and vanilla flavor is my favorite cake, so I thought it would be fun to combine those two and make a cherry vanilla cake! This cake is surprisingly simple to make and it’s so good. I feel like it’s the perfect balance of sweetness and a hint of tartness from the cherries. It’s not an overwhelming flavor of cherry, but just enough. I hope you love it!

@@IScreamforButtercream For St. Nicholas Day, Dec. 6, I made your apple butter cake and it was delicious!! Another winner I know I'll be making again. I slightly tweaked your recipe by adding a tablespoon of cocoa powder and some soaked raisins. That made it almost identical to the Spanish Bar cake that they used to sell at the A & P grocery stores. Watching your videos with your calm, sweet demeanor is so destressing. Thank you!
