One sheet is one of those within a ''sheet'' so you've put on A TON of sheets where as you only needed 4 haha (EDIT: I realized I sounded a bit harsh and hope no one took offense to this because it's not how it was intended

I am Greek and we use fyllo pastry pretty much for everything. I’m so sorry but I have to inform you that you have used like 25 sheets of fyllo pastry!!!!!!! 1 sheet is very thin and you butter it and put another one on top and so on but you’ve put like 7 and buttered only the top and then seven more????? It was definitely wrong but other than that I’m sure it tasted amazing😁😘 ( i’m so sorry to admit but I did laugh a lot when you put them all together)

I was 13 and learned how to read because of harry potter. Kids now aday dont know the struggle of waiting for the next book or movie. Still I got all my nieces into harry potter. Well hey from cherokee nc reservation, I'm a native American also. Been a long 20 ish years but im still huge fan. Harry Potter saved my life. Can I just say how I LOVE how cherry keeps in outtakes and things that people would normally cut out, usually her being silly between cuts. It makes this whole channel feel far less “corporate” I guess, and really makes it feel friendly and warm, like cherry’s just one of your buddies making a video. Less is more!!! Same applies for production value ❤️❤️❤️❤️ (not to say production value is low, it’s NOT, but I must admit I love those little goofy moments.)

Hey Cherry, awesome video! I have a few suggestions from how my mother used to make applestrudel! Use kitchenready puffed pastry: its already layered and you can flatten it so the Strudel will be bigger and the pastry thinner (the roling will be much easier;-)); for the apples- grate them so the pieces wont be that big and the raisins keep their shape! And for the crunch add grated almonds! Sadly i cant bake/ eat an strudel anymore because of the apples...🥺🥺🥺 thats why I only can write from my memories!

I think I am going to do this w some puff pastry instead, personal preference, but oh my, it will be even better if next time you buttered between all the layers if you choose to use that many again. I know it is a common first time oops to think one sheet was what you used, but really it was several sheets per “sheet” you layered but I have no doubt it was still very good! Loved this video so much! Keep on baking, I really enjoy these style videos.
