3:44 I think it's winning for Black here with Bishop to H3, preventing from White to be able to castle while attacking White's Bishop. The follow-up is to bring Black's Rook to F8 threatening the Queen and potentially the Rook after the Queen moves, Black's Bishop on H3 prevents White's Bishop from retreating to G2 to try to defend the F1 square.

I think you had the board backwards, "bishop to h3" is actually "bishop to a6". 😅 Also, i think if black's bishop moved there then white's queen can simply come to c7 (check) and force a queen trade to diffuse the potential threat on white's weak side.
