Hi, thanks for sharing your adventures with us. We love it. That park looks awesome. The rides are really spinny wild, but look fun. All the rides are awesome themed. I thought everyone knew what a Gruffalo was 😄lol. Just kidding. I love those books and the animation movies from it too. There's a Gruffalo Child too. I have them and enjoy. It used to be so much better! The station is so much brighter. Merlin don't really give the TLC the parks deserve and our winters do make things look grubby fast.

Hi Jackie.. cool vlog the Gruffalo is quite a famous kids story over here with a Rol Darl kind of vibe to it and there is also a pro touring theatre show version (which I have worked on several times over the years) with music and catchy tunes too.. it’s a thing 👍🏼🙂

Vampire is my number one ride on the park, I visited for the first time at the weekend and the theming is absolutely incredible. The actual layout of the coaster is amazing too!

This looks like a lovely park with beautiful scenery all around. I am not one for the spinning rides once when I was younger most likely a teenager I went with some friends on the tilt a whirl and really was not enjoying myself and they stopped the ride to see whether I wanted to get off but, I stayed and did not make a peep afterward. I loved how they did the theming for Vampire and there is something about forests and woods that take me to a happy place..

Chessington is one on my favourite UK theme parks. The they don't have as many thrill rides as Alton towers or Thorpe park but the theming is more consistent and the park just feels nicer to be in. Great vid Jackie 👍

LOVED watching your UK videos last year so I was so excited about this. Chessington is my local park and I love it so much. I feel like I become completely lost in the theming and revert back to being a kid. The queue line theming for vampire is so much fun! We went to the smokehouse for the first time earlier this year and really enjoyed it (the meat platter is really good!). I really want to stay at the hotel this year! Enjoy the rest of your stay :)

Chessington is on our list of must-do’s for a one-day-hopeful trip to the UK! 😁 Dragons Fury is actually manufactured by the same company that built Laff Trakk at Hersheypark, one of our favs. A pro tip (that I’m sure Sam already shared) is that if you want to lessen the intensity of the spin you just need an even number of people in the car. 😎 Great vlog Jackie!

That organ player animatronic went through a massive overhaul about a year ago. It was just bad as it squeaked and was so jerky before. Now it has a new look and it works.
