The first video I ever saw of Jake was when Steve Cook tried out Crossfit “Fran”. Steve looks over at Jake and asked him: “Have you ever done this?” Jake smiles and replies: “Yeah, a few times” 😂

For all the program, you keep the same weight to do 12/10/8/6 or at each sets you change the weight? ;) Good Contents

When doing one of your programs, is it possible to tell you my weaknesses to get tips or different exercises to eliminate them? For example I got weak calves und my upper chest lacks compared to my lower chest.

A problem I seem to have is anything overhead with the triceps I get some shoulder pain, would that be a poor shoulder rotation problem or maybe I'm just going too heavy to start off with?

For the bench press what were the sets? First was 60 percent with 3 second eccentric movement.

Probably a little too much volume for the triceps in there if you go close to failure most of the sets but if you lower the overall volume/reps not thaaaaat bad I'd say
