Stay spitting jewels bro, folks can always have excuses but push ups, body squats, and sit ups can occur anywhere. No equipment needed just a floor. No excuses just create the ultimate temple (YOUR BODY) because no one else has to live in it

Great video..I have a video up on core strength and decompressing your vertebrae to allow nutrients in between the discs.... inversion tables and hanging...both AWESOME. Helps eliminate many issues with sciatica also! Great info!

I hang everyday also. Spinal Decompression is 100% need before AND after workouts. 30 seconds to 1 minute everytime. *edit* wanted to add that I hang with straps to get my body loose as possible.

Use light weight high reps to strengthen front side and rear delts. Stronger muscles take stress off tendons. Build strength with front lateral and rear delt raise b4 trying to go heavy with compound movmnt like bench or row. #startlight #progressiveoverload
