Okay, you've convinced me. Incorporating delt work on chest day (side) and back day (rear) seems completely logical and, as you said, saves a complete workout. I'm going to give this a go. At 61 I've been at this game for many years (off and on) but, it is always a good idea to be open to new approaches and other more effective ways of training. Never too late to teach an old dog new tricks! Always fabulous analysis and explanations here Wes and it is much appreciated!

Hi, Wesley I'd like to know if there's any health reason why you do 2 working sets per chest exercise as opposed to when you work your back I noticed you do 3 working sets.

I think steroids and gh. Muscle and bone on your face mass increases and hair is thins.
