This exercise focuses on increasing core strength and stability.
Start laying on a bench holding dumbbells over your chest, and knees over your hips. Extend your legs straight out, and pull your arms out laterally into a straight arm fly.
Keeping your core, upper body, and lower body fully engaged hold while you inhale and exhale through the nose with control.
