A few years ago, I had a broken shoulder. When it was time for physical therapy the messages and stretching you demonstrated was spot on to some of the therapy. I still do them occasionally when I feel they have tightened up. Thanks.

I have had severe pec pain and tight shoulders tones of knots in my upper n middle back for years and most that sore tightness pain went by the end of the video UR A LIFE SAVER THANK U SM!!

Even though I don't suffer from tight chest muscles, this was a novel method for shoulder and upper back stretches. I don't have available corners in the room where I have my laptop, so I tried the corner stretch on a flat wall...not bad. Then I did the doorway version and it was aah GREAT! I"m glad I tried this one.

At a minimum, you can do these stretches twice a week. But if you have very tight chest muscles, you can do them every day. The moves should be done to the point where you feel a stretch. If you feel pain, please stop.
