I am 71 years old. After being ill, and sitting most of the time for the last year, I decided I had to do some about it. This video is just right. Been following it for just over a week and feel better already.

I love these two ladies. I use my Echo Show 5 to remind me to keep going. I will use thus channel and once I add it to my Alexa list she will automatically remind me it is time to get started. Remember, if you aging gals do not move, you will not stay flexible as you age. The difference is a wonderful aging process versus stiff and strained movement. Almost 80 I can bend over and touch my toes, mostly due to the genes of my Italian heritage. Garden-lovers,, my grandparents worked in their garden into their 80s. Taking their example, my diet includes garden veggies, fruit, and low salt habits. Now I will continue to "MOVE" every day. And don't forget to dance....

Good for you ! I am 61 and out of shape, and have done a couple of the videos with these 2 ladies, and just recommended them to my sister, who gets pain in her legs from a previous injury. I know what you mean, feeling older than your years physically. But we will get there, just keep going. I joined WW and do exercises via youtube every day. As you get stronger you might want to check out Leslie Sansone videos also.

You guys are awesome. I am shrinking 😭 I was 5ft 1 1/2. Now I'm 5ft. This back workout is great. Today my orthopedic moved my leg one at a time around to check my hip motion because I have authorities and spars in my left femmer. Painful when I stand to long or walk to long. My back has been clicking a lot since I got home. I remembered your back workout. I did this for the first time and I stopped licking so much.😊 I'm going to do this 3 times a day to Strengthen my back. Thank you daughter/mom!! Keep sharing your blessings. But have found as years go by I am able to do less vigorous workouts. And my 4 mile walk have diminished as well but I keep up with yu. Always. Love the cat as well

What an enjoyment to watch your mom and you workout together. She is truly an enjoyment to watch. I'm 78 now and have had both knees replaced. Also I have retired and have gained some weight since. This extra weight is hard on my knees. I'm 5ft or less now since I've gotten older. I come by it naturally. I also have arthritis, not the cripple kind just kind that attacks the bone joints that make them bigger. You know what kind I mean? Will any way knee movement is not as much as it used to be. I'm not as active as I used to be. Have eye surgery issues so sometimes balance can be a issue here and there.

I'm 27 years old, but I injured my neck and shoulder few years ago, but left untreated for too long so my upper body cannot do any intense workout at all. My physiotherapist assigned some workouts for me but I think they're too intense that it further hurt my other areas. I'm so glad to discover this video!! It helps me train the muscles in a gentle way! I feel my neck not as stiff right away! Also, I love seeing the way you treat your mom, so kind! I'm learning more than just doing workouts in your videos!

I join you five days a week; three for strength training and two for cardio. I’ve just found your stretch videos and they are great! At 72 I always seem to have lower back pain so the lower back stretches felt especially wonderful and helped me to stand straighter! I have been doing your workout videos since March. I am a 50 year old female who body has changed so much since the pandemic. I’ve noticed my muscles seem Frozen since the shut down. Being in the computer has reeked havoc on my neck, shoulders and body. I have been doing many of your exercises and slowly I am regaining my balance and strength. I look forward to seeing you ladies as I push myself to do the variety of exercises your channel offers. I just wanted to tell you that you’ve helped me so much. @@yes2next when I first started, I used to go slower but now I follow you. So when you pick up your weights, I pick up mine and when you say to go little faster I do because I’m able to now. But in the beginning I haven’t worked out in a long long time and I was extremely out of shape. I would go way slower. But yes, you’ve helped me a lot. I move now because of you and I’m always looking at my Apple Watch to see what exercise I could do. That’s in the watch. I also tried your HIIT workouts, which I love.
