Goodness, muscles that have Long been dormant are all stretched and after initial discomfort at the start of stretching have ended up energised. Now I have to get rid of the cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling that I spotted during the Warrior Pose. Big thank you once again.

I’m a marathon runner and athlete. I’ve become injured in my knee joints recently from overtraining. This workout is absolutely perfect, as I cannot use any leg strength during workouts

At 81 I find more intense exercises not helpful, but these exercises help me maintain my PSS so that my back doesn't hurt during the day. Thanks, April &Aiko, for your great programs. Merry Christmas!🎄🤶

I do 1 to 3 sets of these strength training exercises after my 1 hr power walk. Great way to finish.

Couldn't find my elf suit but jumped in anyway.... Tomorrow is the Winter Solstice. My youngest boy and his wife are having a firepit behind their house in Saco Maine....temps are supposed to be around 20 degrees....this is a favorite holiday honoring the darkest day of the year. Thanks for all the effort you two put into these! April you look like you're quite the dancer, or maybe were a cheerleader in college? You have that peppy joyous bounce! Favorite holiday movies A Christmas Carol with George C Scott. Miracle on 34th St with Maureen O'Hara and the little Natalie Wood. And the Man Who Invented Christmas with Dan Stevens, a more recent movie about how Charles Dickens came to write a Christmas Carol. It was really surprisingly good! And other ones like the Winona Ryder Little Women ..... Merry Christmas to you both and those you love and to Mochi!

You and your mother are a delight. I am making a commitment to myself to get in shape and achieve a normal limit weight after 25 Yeats of obesity which started when I went through menopause and was diagnosed hypothyroidism. Just what I needed this morning. Have been hassled by the cat since 4am...first his food bowl was empty...it wasn't, but then he decided that he can't possibly eat this brand of cat food any more...which so often with cats! You get stocked up and then they decide to turn their noses up at it. Then his litter box wasn't right, so that had a deep clean....and so on. So how good it was to just sit and soak in these exercises. Thank you for restore peace and calm to my day...and it's not yet 7am. 😁😁
